charismatic megafauna since 1985

I’ll be writing a post about the rest of my time here in Vienna soon, but I thought I’d post a different kind of update right now. A quick one.

I took a look at my BofA account this morning to see how I’ve been doing with money on my trip. Europe can be an expensive place, but I’ve been staying in inexpensive places (hostels and the train) and not eating out (groceries for most meals) and it’s been working out pretty well.

So far, I’ve spent about $1100 in my 18 days on the continent, for a daily spending of 61 dollars per day, or about 48 Euro per day. Since my budget was 50 Euro per day, I’m doing a bit better than my budget so far.
