Monro Update
As some of you may remember from the flat tire incident, the tires of the station wagon were misaligned when I got it serviced in Massachusetts. When I got back to Michigan, I faxed Monro the paperwork from both sets of service. I called them again last week, and Melanie in Northampton said it was “processing.”
Well, today I got a letter from Monro, saying that they were refunding me to the tune of $236, the amount that it cost for them to do the work in the first place. So, although this was an annoying saga on the trip, at least it worked out okay in the end.
