tab dump: Crossfit + Ultimate

Mostly they’re just overviews of CrossFit from an ultimate player’s perspective. I do wish that they’d talk about Ultimate more specifically, but if you’re just wondering if CrossFit is good training for Ultimate, the answer is clearly yes.
